8.3 Bosch will not accept Terms of Business which are contrary or deviating from this contract. Except for when Bosch expresses their agreement of the validity of these terms in writing. The rules of these Terms of Business apply also if Bosch knows about contrary or opposite terms of the customer, which deviate from these Terms of Business and fulfils these services without reservation.
